On January 28, 2026, Toyochem Specialty Chemical Sdn. Bhd. (TSC), today announced that its mineral-oil-free (MOF) sheetfed offset ink, the TK MARK V MOF series, successfully passed the stringent deinkability criteria set by the International Association of the Deinking Industry (INGEDE).

On January 1, 2024, Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd., our Japan-based parent company, will change its company name to artience Co., Ltd. Since the Toyo Ink Group’s founding in 1896, we have been providing products that meet the social needs of each era based on our core technologies in the areas of pigments, resins, and dispersions.

TSC Malaysia embraces the path to a sustainable, circular economy. As such, we welcome new ideas that can assist to improve sustainable contents of our products as part of our contribution to the environment.

On January 1, 2024, our parent company Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. will change its company name to artience Co., Ltd. There are no changes to our company name. However, there are changes to the following items.

Toyochem Specialty Chemical Sdn. Bhd. (TSC) and JFE Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. (JFEM) has signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) on 25th May 2023. JFEM shall supply solar power generated by roof-mounted solar PV system to TSC for 15 years. The installed capacity of solar PV system will be 1,097kWp.
